Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and MRR Factory ("we", "us"). They apply when you use mrrfactory.co, our apps and anything else we run (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Community rules. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What MRR Factory is

MRR Factory is a free online community for people building businesses and income. Members can post to a feed, chat in channels, send direct messages, share stories, watch and join live streams, and optionally show verified revenue on a leaderboard by linking a payment processor (Stripe, Square, Whop, Gumroad or Shopify).

The community is free today. We may offer paid programs later. If we do, they will come with their own prices and terms, and you will be shown those before you pay. Nothing in the free community will start charging you without your clear agreement.

2. Who can use it

  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian is okay with you using the Service.
  • One account per person. Give us accurate information and keep your login details private.
  • You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at support@mrrfactory.co right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
  • You can't use the Service if we have banned you before, or if the law where you live doesn't allow it.

3. Your content and the licence you give us

  • You own what you post: posts, messages, comments, stories, images, videos, and anything you say or show in a live stream ("your content").
  • So we can run the Service, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, display, distribute, adapt (for example resize or transcode) and show your content inside the Service, and to share public posts on MRR Factory's public pages and social channels to promote the community. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people have already shared or saved, backups kept for a limited time, and content we must keep for legal or safety reasons.
  • Only post content you have the right to share. Don't post anything that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
  • Direct messages are private between the people in them, but we can review them when they are reported, to investigate abuse, or when the law requires it.
  • We may remove any content that breaks these terms or the Community rules, or that we reasonably believe puts people or the Service at risk.

4. Community conduct

When using MRR Factory you agree to follow the Community rules. In short, you won't:

  • harass, threaten, bully or post hateful content about anyone;
  • spam, send unsolicited DMs or pitches, or promote outside the spots we allow;
  • run or promote scams, MLMs, "guaranteed income" or get-rich-quick schemes;
  • share other people's personal information or private messages without permission;
  • fake, inflate or manipulate revenue figures or leaderboard rankings;
  • post illegal, sexually explicit or violent content;
  • impersonate anyone, including MRR Factory staff;
  • scrape the Service, use bots, or try to break, overload or get around its security or limits.

We may warn you, remove content, limit features, mute, suspend or ban accounts. We decide on moderation in good faith, and staff decisions are final. You can report a problem using the report button or by emailing support@mrrfactory.co.

5. Verified revenue and linked processors

  • Linking a payment processor is optional. You choose which account to link.
  • We ask only for read-only access. We use it to read revenue figures (for example totals and recurring revenue) to verify and show your numbers. We cannot move money, issue refunds, create charges or change anything in your processor account.
  • Any API keys or access tokens you give us are encrypted at rest and only used to read your revenue data.
  • You decide what shows publicly (for example exact figures or a range, where the Service offers that choice).
  • You can unlink at any time in your settings. When you unlink, we stop reading your data and delete the stored keys or tokens. You can also revoke our access from inside your processor's own dashboard.
  • Figures come from your processor. We try to show them accurately but we don't audit them, and we're not responsible for errors in processor data. We may remove or hide any figure that looks wrong or manipulated.
  • The leaderboard is for motivation and community, not proof of anyone's business success.

6. Live streams, recordings and replays

  • Live streams may be recorded. Recordings may be made available as replays in the Service and short clips may be shared on MRR Factory's public pages or social channels.
  • If you join a live on camera or microphone, or post in a live chat, you agree that your name, image, voice and messages may appear in the live, the recording and replays.
  • If you host a live, you are responsible for what you show and say, and you must have the right to share it.
  • Don't record, re-stream or redistribute other people's lives without permission from MRR Factory and the host.
  • We may end any live that breaks these terms.

7. Emails and notifications

  • We will always send account emails you need, such as sign-in links, security alerts, and important changes to the Service or these terms. You can't turn these off while you have an account.
  • We send marketing emails (news, offers, programs) only if you opt in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can change your choice in settings at any time.
  • Push and in-app notifications can be turned on or off in your device or app settings.

8. No financial advice; results not guaranteed

  • Everything on MRR Factory, from staff, hosts and other members, is for general education and community discussion only. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or business advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making decisions.
  • Revenue figures, wins and stories shared by members are their own results. They are not typical and not a promise of what you will earn. Building a business takes work, skill and luck, and many people make little or no money.
  • We do not guarantee any income or results.

9. Our Service

  • We may change, add or remove features, and we may pause the Service for maintenance. We'll try to give notice of big changes.
  • The MRR Factory name, logo, design and software belong to us. These terms don't give you any rights to them except to use the Service as intended.
  • If you send us feedback or ideas, we can use them without paying you.

10. Deleting your account

  • You can delete your account at any time in your settings, or by emailing support@mrrfactory.co.
  • When you delete your account, we remove your profile and unlink any connected processors, and we delete or anonymise your content within a reasonable time, as explained in the Privacy Policy. Some information may stay in backups for a limited time, or where we must keep it by law or for safety (for example records of a ban).
  • We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Service. Where reasonable we'll tell you why.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will always be available, secure, error-free, or that content on it (including content from other members) is accurate or reliable. You use other members' advice, links and offers at your own risk. We are not a party to any deal you make with another member.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
  • Our total liability for any claim about the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US $100.
  • Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is brought against us because of content you posted or your breach of these terms.

13. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Before filing any claim, please contact us at support@mrrfactory.co so we can try to sort it out informally.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms. If you don't agree, you can delete your account.
